Once I submitted the order online, I was contacted by phone nearly immediately and asked if I was willing to take a more luxury option at no additional cost because they needed to create the option for their own business. I originally ordered 3 dozen red roses with a premium upgrade, and received nearly 7 dozen roses in a beautiful pink box - absolutely stunning!
