Since you were out of the bright pink roses, the substitutions of light pink roses weren't as pretty. Kathy Lenz sent me a picture of the arrangement and the pink roses looked a little brown on the edges. I appreciated that you informed me of the change and upgraded to premium level, but I'm a little disappointed. Thanks for delivering on time!
